Arena servers assign players to small, isolated arenas for short 1v1 or 2v2 rounds. When a round ends, the server may rotate opponents or move players between arena tiers according to the results. The compact layout reduces time spent searching for an opponent and creates repeated opportunities to practise opening shots, peeking from cover, and handling different weapon types. Maps built for the format commonly use the `am_` prefix. The current map indicates the arena layout, while the player count and available slots show whether there are enough players for regular opponent changes. Tags may reveal a fixed weapon set, skins, HS Only, or other server features. Before connecting by IP, check whether the server runs 1v1 or 2v2 rounds, how it assigns arenas, how weapons are selected, and whether it maintains a separate rating or seasonal leaderboard.
Arena divides players into short 1v1 or 2v2 fights on compact stages. After each round, players may receive new opponents or move between arena tiers according to the server rules.
