Public Offer

• Paid services are server promotion services, advertising placements, and other options provided for compensation.
• Customer means a user who has ordered a paid service.
• Order means the set of paid service parameters selected by the customer through the interface.

The current list of formats, prices, and specifications is available on the /promotion pages for the selected game.

• The customer selects the format and parameters such as duration, volume, and targeting.
• The system calculates the final price and, if needed, generates an invoice or payment link.
• After payment is confirmed, the service moves to preparation or activation status.

• Payment is made using the methods shown in the interface, including payment aggregators, bank transfer, and other available methods.
• The price is considered final at the moment the order is placed.
• When paying through an external provider, the moment of acceptance may be determined by that provider's rules.

• A refund may be granted if the service cannot technically be delivered due to the fault of the platform or if the format was never activated at all.
• Abuse and fraud void the right to a refund.

• The service is responsible only for correct technical activation of the paid format.
• Specific traffic or conversion results are not guaranteed.
• Total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant order.

We may update pricing and terms. A new version takes effect when published and applies to future orders. Existing active orders continue under the previous terms unless otherwise agreed.
