GunGame servers move each player through a weapon sequence after earning the required kills or completing another level condition. Starting with one weapon, a player must finish the full progression before their opponents do. The final level often uses a knife or special objective, but the sequence, kills required per level, demotion rules, and victory condition are chosen by the server. Maps for the mode may use the `gg_` prefix and are generally compact enough to support frequent engagements. The current map and player count give an indication of pace, the player list shows who was present at the latest check, and available slots reveal whether you can join. Tags may identify team play, Deathmatch respawns, or other additions. Before connecting by IP, review the weapon order, respawn behaviour, level-loss rules, win condition, and whether progress or statistics carry into later sessions.
GunGame, also known as Arms Race, advances players through a weapon sequence as they earn kills or complete levels. The winner is the first player to finish the sequence defined by the server.
